Overall, it seems like a good place with a nice atmosphere, but there were a few things that could be improved.

For the price point, I felt the portion of fries was quite small and didn’t really represent good value.

Once our food was served, no one came back to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else, which would have made the service feel more attentive.

There was also one staff member walking around who seemed to be giving off “boss” vibes. It’s hard to explain exactly, but….

Lovely hotel not too far outside the city centre. On the main road so easy enough to get a taxi. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only staff member I interacted with was the girl who checked me in but she was very welcoming and friendly. Price for 3 adults in a triple room was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the city and plenty of parking at no extra cost. This was our second stay and we will always stay here now when visiting Limerick
